Awesome. Excellent. Could not be more pleased with the service I received from Ellen and Damion at Winshield Specialists. Reported my glass claim through State Farm on Friday morning and a little later received a call from Ellen gathering additional details and to set up my appointment for Friday afternoon. About 12 I received a call from Damion letting me know his afternoon had freed up and I could stop by anytime. Went right over and Damion explained the process. It's was obvous he is very good at what he does and has a great deal of experience. I'm very thankful that I chose Windshield Specialists to handle my glass claim and will not hesitate to go back should the need arise.

I can't say enough good things about Windshield Specialists. They were able to get me scheduled and complete the replacement that same week. The entire process was smooth, and they even helped navigate the insurance claim. What really set them apart, though, was their customer service. After the windshield was replaced, I noticed a clicking sound coming from the rearview mirror area. I mentioned to the technician that I was leaving town later that day and asked how quickly it could be looked at. He tried calling me, but I missed the call while packing the car for our trip. The next thing I knew, he showed up at my driveway to fix the issue himself before we left town. That's the kind of service you just don't find anymore. Professional, responsive, and truly committed to taking care of their customers, they went above and beyond. I highly recommend Windshield Specialist and will absolutely use them again if I ever need windshield repair or replacement.

Had a small chip in my windshield. They said I could come over right away and they’d look at it. Damion analyzed the chip and shared that it was a 50/50 chance it would crack more because of multiple points of impact. He shared an estimate of replacing the windshield if it did. After starting the work he realized that I had a rock hit exactly on the same spot as a previous chip repair. He touched it up, buffed it, and didn’t charge me anything. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find these days. Highly recommend them for your windshield repair!

Windshield replacement: the first appointment was cancelled after I had dropped my car off because the new windshield was damaged but not checked before the appointment. The second appointment had a defective windshield installed that could not be fixed, so I am living with it. The dots are connect by paint near the rearview mirror & while small they are annoying and look like bugs. Bottom line, the windshield is not perfect although it was new.

These guys are lifesavers! I was stranded on the side of the highway in the rain, calling various national window companies, but I couldn't get through. Windshield Specialists answered immediately. She called a tech and sent him my way in 25 minutes. Not only did they patch my window in minutes, but they spent the next 45min helping me rivet and secure my door that bent open due to the draft of the window on the highway. I'm eternally grateful.
